About C&J Builder
Good building is personal. So is the conversation.
C&J Builder specialises in home extensions and renovations across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. This is a place to start understanding the work and the questions that matter.
A practical approach
Listen first. Be clear about the details.
Changing a home involves more than the finished room. It also means choices about scope, responsibilities, cost, timing, access and how your household will manage the work.
This website is designed to help homeowners ask those questions early and make the next conversation more useful. It avoids making promises about services, results or credentials that have not been verified.
Specific team names, biographies, photographs, business history, registrations, insurance and memberships have not been supplied. We have not created fictional people or credentials to fill those gaps.
For homeowners
Confidence comes from knowing what to ask.
Before you make a decision, understand what is included and what is not, who is responsible for design and approvals, how proposed changes are handled, and where to get independent advice.
Any project-specific commitments should be set out in the appropriate written agreement. The information on this site is general guidance and does not replace advice for your property or contract.
