What makes a case study useful
More than a finished-room photograph.
A good project story gives context: the homeowners’ original problem, the confirmed work, any relevant building challenges and why particular decisions were made. Where appropriate, it explains how an extension meets the existing home and what changed for the people living there.
Before-and-after images should come from the same project and be clearly labelled. Client names, quotes and identifiable details should only be published with permission.
